He completed early studies in real life on the use of omalizumab in the treatment of CSU a game changing treatment for this condition.
He has done seminal research studies in hereditary angioedema and peanut anaphylaxis, which has led to novel treatments for these conditions.
His current research interests include cannabis related allergy. He was one of the first to recognize early case reports and the clinical manifestations of allergic reactions. He continues to work on allergen characterization allowing us to better understand the potential food cross reactivity.
