To / From Vancouver International Airport
Canada Line:
The Canada Line connects Vancouver International Airport to downtown Vancouver in under 30 minutes. Take the train to the Vancouver City Centre station, exit onto Georgia Street and take a left, we are located two short blocks away at 655 Burrard Street. Taxi:
Taxis are available from the Airport to the hotel at a flat fare of $35 plus tip. Taxis to the Airport from the hotel are at the metered rate, approximately $35 – $45 plus tip.
To / From the Cruise Ship Dock:
Taxi services are available to and from Canada Place to our hotel. Cost is approximately $10.00 CAD to $20.00 CAD. Please see our concierge for arrangements.
Via Rail and Amtrak:
Both Via Rail and Amtrak serve Vancouver. Taxi to Pacific Central Station is approximately $12.00 CAD. Service is also available on Skytrain (three stops away).
Around the city
Skytrain – this fast and effective transportation system will get you to your destination quickly and easily. The Burrard Station is located across the street from Hyatt Regency Vancouver. Single trip and Day Passes are available.
- Be fully vaccinated. You must have received the full series of vaccine – or combination of vaccines – accepted by the Government of Canada (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca/COVISHIELD, and Janssen [Johnson & Johnson]) at least 14 days prior to travelling to Montreal.
- Provide Proof of Vaccination – your Provincial Government-issued immunization record will be required to access the meetings.
- Wear a mask. Face coverings (over your mouth and nose) are mandatory in all enclosed public spaces, including transportation (except while eating or drinking).
- Congregating is not permitted. Attendees may go to a foyer to a coffee or meal station, but then must return to their seat to consume. Attendees are not permitted to consume conference food & beverage while congregating in a foyer.
