Dr. Sonja Molin is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Division of Dermatology, Department of Medicine at Queen’s University. Dr. Molin completed her training in Dermatology and Allergology at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, Germany, where she worked for 11 years before she joined Queen’s University in 2018. The main focus of her clinical expertise and research are inflammatory skin diseases, mainly hand eczema and psoriasis, contact allergy and occupational dermatology. She has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters and has been awarded a number of research prizes. Dr. Molin is an author of the 2022 update of the European Society of Contact Dermatitis guidelines on the diagnosis and treatment of hand eczema and is also involved with the American Society of Contact Dermatitis.
