Dr. Sonja Dhani is currently the Medical Director of Evidence Generation with Purdue Pharma (Canada), and is responsible for the medical and research strategy for the company’s pain portfolio. Prior to joining Purdue, Sonja held various roles of increasing seniority and leadership within the Medical Affairs Department for Allergan Inc. Sonja has led the development and execution of 4 national multi-centred Phase IV clinical trials, and has published in several high impact journals. Sonja obtained her PhD. in Neurophysiology and her MSc.in Biochemistry, both at the University of Toronto.
