Alison Lynde has been working under Dr. Charles Lynde in the healthcare field of dermatology for just over 10 years. She is currently the Senior Manager of The Lynde Institute for Dermatology, a full-service dermatology clinic with 10 multi-disciplinary physicians and over 40 employees. In her current role, Alison is accountable for all organizational activities within the human resources umbrella, as well as staff direction, products and services and public relations. She prides herself in optimizing employee success, morale, organizational culture, training and development, as well as maintain open communication with the clinic patient base and community.
Alison brings with her a variety of experience in practice management acquired from her tenure, including past positions as Executive Assistant to Dr. Charles Lynde and Administrative Coordinator. Alison’s professional interests include strategic planning, full cycle recruitment, as well as development of human resources policies and programs. She is skilled in analyzing organizational needs; while creating and advising effective solutions to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Alison graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Arts in French Studies. She then completed her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Waterloo before landing in the Human Resources field and acquiring her Certified Human Resources Leader professional designation in 2019. She lives in Markham with her husband, Andrew and two children, Aiden and Danielle.
