ADDITIONAL ADVISORY BOARD FEE:
The sponsorship fee noted above includes ONE 2 hour Closed Advisory Board/Investigator Meeting OR one 1.25 hour Open Session. There is fee of $2,500 for each additional 2-hour Advisory Board/Investigator Meetings (to maximum 2). For 3+ meetings per sponsor, an additional fee of $15,000 per advisory board will apply.
* Subject to speaker costs – travel, accommodation, and honoraria; and applicable food & beverage. All meetings are held in the Plenary Room and set classroom/theatre and stage with podium and head table for 4, podium microphone, head table microphones, 2 audience microphones, LCD projector, show computer, comfort monitor and laser pointer. Additional equipment required will be invoiced at cost. Changes in room set up will incur an additional charge and only possible if time permits.
** Subject to additional expenses/costs (attendee grants – travel, accommodation and honoraria; speaker costs – travel, accommodation, and honoraria; and applicable food & beverage). All meetings are subject to a coordination fee. One LCD data projector, screen, laser pointer, and three flip charts with pens will be provided. Additional equipment will be invoiced at cost.
